Course Description
Every athlete brings a unique set of constraints that influence everything from batting stances to pitching mechanics. This individuality reaffirms that coaching, training, and rehab can't follow a universal approach. Our goal - understand the underlying principles so we recognize why interventions are effective and establish a process that helps to identify these nuances for each player. In this lecture + hands-on course we’ll cover: 1. Foundational principles: Physics, Biomechanics, Anatomy & More! 2.
